A residential property in Dampier has just sold for $1.18 million dollars, the highest sales price in 12 years and a fair sign that things are completely fucked again.
With modern finishes and only one toilet, 6 Maitland Court in Dampier fetched far above the median of $790,000 for the area.
Speaking to local real estate expert Mark Johansen, 45, whose vast experience in the subject stem from completing the “Become A Millionaire In Real Estate” online course, he told our reporters that sales like this really get his engine going.
“It’s a 3×1, but because it’s not made completely from tin, it went for almost $500k above the median.” He laughed.
